Formed on the Feast of Corpus Christi, 1914, the Metropolitan & City Catholic Police Guild is the oldest such apostolate for Catholics in Policing in Great Britain.

The Metropolitan & City Catholic Police Guild has been associated with the Catholic Police Guild of England & Wales since 1974 when the Guild expanded outwards from London.
